Decades of experience
My consulting background spans more than 35 years of helping healthcare organizations develop cost-effective solutions and turn around troubled projects. My AI experience began in the late 1980s, when I left Andersen Consulting (now Accenture) and led the recovery of an oncology decision support project that combined rules-based logic with AI reasoning to match patients with treatment protocols for rare lymphomas.
We’ve seen many changes in the healthcare ecosystem, yet the core principles remain the same: 1) Understand the problem, 2) Choose the right technology, and 3) Make it work for the people who use it.

Sarah Takahashi:
Sarah Takahashi is a Consultant and Strategic Partner for Healthcare AI Transformation at SRG. Drawing on experience in entrepreneurship, product leadership, and healthcare technology, she helps organizations turn promising AI ideas into practical products, workflows, and operating models. Sarah connects business priorities, user needs, and technical delivery to guide strategy and move solutions from proof of concept into sustainable operation.
Eric Lovold:
Eric Lovold leads business development for SRG. He has spent the last decade in Twin Cities healthcare technology, including two years on‑site at Optum and senior roles running healthcare portfolios at West Monroe and MentorMate. More recently, he built and shipped a production AI platform and founded Sanction, an AI governance platform. Eric joined SRG to work on healthcare problems with builders that ship.
