About CareLoop

Families often struggle to find flexible, trustworthy help. Traditional home care agencies tend to require minimum hours and long-term contracts, while informal arrangements offer little vetting or structure. CareLoop sits between the two: every caregiver passes ID verification and a standard background check, and families can book help with no minimum hours and no contracts.

For caregivers, CareLoop offers independent, flexible work. They set their own rates and hours, and CareLoop takes no fee from their earnings.

The entire experience runs through a single mobile app available on iOS and Android, where users handle onboarding, booking, care plans, messaging, and payments. CareLoop launched in Dallas, TX, with a mission rooted in community: making it easier for neighbors to show up for one another.
